Shipping Timeframes
Orders for items we have in stock usually leave our warehouse within 5 to 10 business days. For pre-orders and made-to-order pieces, production takes longer—up to several months—and the estimated ship date is on each product page. If your order contains multiple types of items, everything will ship together unless you specifically request otherwise at checkout.

Order Cancellations
You have a narrow 24-hour window after placing your order to cancel it for a refund. Once that time passes or if we’ve already generated a shipping label, we cannot cancel or refund your purchase—no exceptions. This applies regardless of whether the item was in stock, pre-order, or made to order.

Address Changes
If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, you must contact us before we create the shipping label. After the label is made, the address is locked in and cannot be changed. Once the package is with the carrier and on its way, we have no ability to redirect it, so you’d need to reach out to UPS or DHL directly.

International Shipping & Fees
We send all international orders via DHL Express, which typically takes 1 to 5 business days, though customs can cause delays. Keep in mind that you, as the buyer, are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees your country charges. If you refuse the package upon arrival, you will still owe us the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees, and the unpaid duties.

Express Shipping Upgrades
If you need an in-stock item faster and it’s ready to go, you can request express shipping by emailing us. We offer UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air for an additional charge, which we’ll invoice separately through Shopify. This option is not automatic—you have to reach out to arrange it.
