Cancellation & Return Policy

Your dress is crafted especially for you after your order is placed. You have 24 hours to cancel — email zaina.haiad@outlook.com with your order number and "cancel order" in the subject line. Once those 24 hours pass, production begins and no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted for any reason.
